Anger
I am gonna teach all my viewers about how to channel or stop your anger from coming out.
Step 1:
-Think of your happy place.
-Count sheep to sleep the anger out (TAKE A NAP!)
Step 2:
-Go in a cold environment to cool down literally
-chew gum
Step 2:
-stare at a calm tree
-Think of the wind how it moves silently and calmly
-Think of a fluffy animal
-Think of a fluffy animal
